Our Story
Our pizzeria was born in 2004 from Bastiano's dream, who from the very beginning placed quality and respect for ingredients at the heart of his work. For over twenty years we have pursued constant research, combining tradition and continuous improvement, with the goal of offering an authentic, refined and ever-evolving product, in search of a unique flavour.
Over the years, Bastiano's passion for baking opened new doors. From studying doughs, flours and leavening came the natural idea of adding a burger restaurant alongside the pizzeria, applying the same philosophy of quality and research: bread crafted with artisanal care, selected ingredients, balanced flavours and authentic tastes.
Today our story is one of experience, curiosity and love for the craft. Pizza and burgers share the same vision: artisanal care, pursuit of excellence and respect for time, because every detail makes the difference.

The dough is the heart of everything. A long leavening, selected flours and artisanal processing that respects natural timing: this is the secret of a light, digestible and fragrant pizza. Every day we prepare our dough with care, because we believe quality is built over time.

Our pursuit of quality has led us to devote great attention to gluten-free options as well. We therefore chose to produce our gluten-free products in-house, applying the same principles that guide all our work: research, selection of raw materials and respect for processes.
Every preparation is made with careful attention to offer an authentic taste experience also to those who choose or need a gluten-free diet, with no compromise on flavour or quality.
